How are we Different?
	When a new assignment is received CLIENTS ARE NOTIFIED.
	When service of process is completed CLIENTS ARE NOTIFIED.
	When service of pocess is delayed or cannot be completed within the specified time frame CLIENTS ARE NOTIFIED.
	When service of process cannot be completed at address provided CLIENTS ARE NOTIFIED and GIVEN ADDITIONAL OPTIONS.
